For me, I am not too interested in dropping by the nursing home or sitting at McDonald's for a two hour breakfast. The last doctor that I asked to give me some creme for a saddle sore, decided it must be herpes.
I much prefer discussing health issues with those interested in staying fit and who have a range of experiences on the topic.
At 59, I do ride slower than I did at 49, but I am looking for ideas of how to get that 49er speed back.
