Bikes: KHS Alite 500, Trek 7.2 FX , Masi Partenza, Masi Fixed Special, Masi Cran Criterium

Peanut butter on wheat toast, coffee with two individual flavored "creamers", at about 4:15 AM. Then a 50 minute train ride to let it settle for the five mile ride in.
