This is physiologically incorrect, just sayin'. The hormone pathways that control feelings of hunger are not based primarily on glycogen stores - not really sure what the unlimited fat store comment is based on? Adipostat theory? - they are largely controlled by your eating habits, which are learned by the higher brain centers that control nearly all other hormone pathways in a top-down fashion. Besides, exercise - even just at a moderate level - lowers blood glucose levels through ATP-driven glucose transport into muscle cells; regardless of how high your glycogen stores are, there is always a blood-glucose deficit because the glycolysis pathways are not activated until the body senses that the blood levels are low, at which point the production of glucose from stores has a delay, and continues after exercise ceases.
