Plenty of good info online as has been suggested. If you're really looking for a book, I recommend one about the same vintage as the bike. One of my favorites is The Complete Book of Bicycling by Eugene Sloane. Full of useful Campagnolo Nuovo Record specific info and can be found used pretty cheaply.
