Maybe. It depends upon your brake reach, especially in the rear. If your brake pads meet your current rim positioned high in the reach adjustment slots, you may be OK. If not, you may need either longer reach brakes or a drop bolt. Shimano and Tektro both make longer reach road calipers, though it isn't likely your LBS stocks them. They can order them, though.
