I'd say it is depending on how drunk you got. I've found heavy drinking will mess with my salt/total hydration balance and that is what will make me nautious. The best thing you can do is just drink some gatorade or equivalent and take it easy. Oh yeah, and if you want to get better at biking I wouldn't drink that much. But, it all depends on what is important to you.
k thanks for the info, I really don't drink that much. That's why this hadn't really happened before. I was just wondering if I should expect the same thing every time I ride after a night of drinking. BTW, that Propel was really nasty. I got the Berry flavor and poured about 2/3 of it out.
