I think you'd have a very, very difficult case for harassment there. He won't get any damages for the wreck. If he can prove damage was done by the person, he can certainly get that. People calling you bad names doesn't give you carte blanche to wreck crap, contrary to the LEO's opinion. I'd make life as difficult as I possibly could for them, but I'm vindictive.
