thanks. it's the Nashbar "Famous Maker" w/ Shimano 105 ders/brifters/cassette. i replaced the generic saddle/post/stem with better stuff i had around. the frame is (reportedly) from a "major company" (likely Giant or Fuji as far as i can tell) that was a factory paint blem and passed off to Nashbar. i didn't want to spend a ton for a first roadie and $780 shipped was easier to take than around $1200 for a similar spec'ed bike with a name on it.
