Blood pressure drops way below normal after very hard exertion. It is commonly seen after a treadmill stress test. That effect can be coupled with the dehydration, carb depletion, and electrolyte loss that has been recently discussed on another thread to make you feel the way you do. Get your electrolytes and hydration back to normal ASAP and get some carbs to eat. Everything helps.
