The new scirocco 35 makes the soul 4.0 irrelevant. They are similar weight but the Campagnolo can be found cheaper and has some of the best hubs in the industry.
They also offer the fulcrum Quattro for shim/sram guys not wanting the Campagnolo decal. Oh, and it is shimano 11 compatible.
