Yes, They are supposed to make a 700x23 feel more like a tubular. Same as the hed Belgium c2 and velocity a23.
Hard to go wrong with Veloflex Master tires, other than mounting them on my Campy Neutrons.
Nothing a jackhammer couldn't solve.
