The Swallow is a very old school saddle. The Swift is a little shorter, wider and taller than the Swallow. It's more comparable to a Pro. I don't believe any Brooks road saddle has any more fore/aft adjustment than any other. Not sure where you read that.

I would not recommend a Brooks for the OP's bike. I would recommend he learn that NDS photos are stupid, though.
