True enough. Also installing Avid's is pretty easy even for a novice if you FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS
I totally agree, you shouldn't expect the shop to install any outside purchases for free. Do you ask the car dealership to install an aftermarket stereo for free? Uhh No! Do you have the local tire shop mount tires to rims for free when you bought both online or elsewhere? Hell no
