Yoga: helps with balance, core strength, breathing, concentration, posture...all kinds of wonderful things.
Hiking: great lower body conditioner exercise...and time to see the flowers
Skiing (course I have to admit, i miss living in the West, where the real mountains are!!!) great for quick reaction time, balance, lower body conditioning, aerobic exercise.
