Competitve pricing is one thing, but being an assho are 2 different things. You are giving them the ammo to say "we don't want this kind of customer who will **** us at any given moment."
I'm not trying to start a flame war here, but:
1. Apologize for the offenses. Personal aggraviations are not welcomed.
2. We don't want that kind of customer? SIGH* I see you never runned a business in your life.
