Skydiving
Im an instructor, coach, videographer, and competition team member. This is the first year i didnt go to the drop zone on a friday night, skydive all weekend, and come home sunday night, all summer long.
As a sport, it doent give me any exercise. Doesnt take much energy to fall. Does take massive flexibilty and body control. And a huge pshychological barrier to overcome. After that its flyign your body, which is probably the best feelign in the world.
Biking hopefully will get me fit and healthy
