1. I do apologize for getting upset and name calling.
2. Maybe it was the way he phrased his posts, but it sounded to me that he wanted his LBS to install all his internet goodies for free and add a warranty. In point of fact, I have run my own computer business. That is why I got upset. Sure I sold stuff at $0 margin, but only if I got some labor $ out of it.
