Can use as sneakers and are also SPD compatible. I have a different model of DZRs and the sole is stiff, but really not bad at all to walk around in.

Pearl Izumi cycling shoes for a couple years. They're vented so not waterproof, but when it's hot I don't care. Since they're cycling shoes they have a stiff sole insert
