They were never really mighty. Back when the Huffy Co. actually made bikes in the US they were total POS department store crap. Or at least 99.9% of them were, the exception being the tiny handful of pro bikes that were made by the likes of Serotta to try to elevate their image. BTW, they also made crap lawnmowers.
