A whiny customer-hating attitude? big words... the lbs's I know love to bike and love to share it with others, I have only met a few owners who are unreasonable. IMHO it is the participants in the races that whine more than the promoter/ supporter. I think it is great that someone would choose to support every biker in the community. That shows love man, not hate. Quit being a rockstar hater... join the world of love!

Dude- my LBS is sweet and I will do what I can do support them. If you read all of the previous posts, you will see that no one is actually ripping on any LBS, just folks that misunderstood what was going on in this thread. LBS are great, everyone here that doesn't buy thier stuff from Xmart would agree.
