Spend the extra cash and get a decent frame from a company that actually has a team and wins races. If you get the State and upgrade the piss out of it and buy a new frame, you'll eventually have two bikes, one built from custom parts and a State as a solid backup instead of some POS hi-ten fixie factory. The video on their page should be enough to tell you how lame they are.

If you want to buy a **** bike on the cheap for purely aesthetics reasons, buy the PureSuck. If you actually want to get into riding bikes and learn more (I imagine you do since you posted on a forum), buy a decent bike. Doesn't have to be a State, just don't buy that Juliet.
