It's not going to be 22 lbs, 26+ is more in line with reality. Those wheels alone weigh 8+ pounds. I'd be hesitant to purchase anything from a company that uses product pictures with the saddle all jacked up like that.

Both State and Purefix are going to give you less for more, compared to anything from bikesdirect.
