Judging the book by it's cover are we! The internal off the head suspension makes sense that it would be a much cooler helmet. The pros that have used it, like it and say the same thing 'great ventilation'. It is cool if you do not want to keep an open mind on it, especially at the price. For me, the drawback is not being able to attach my HID helmet light to it.
