I do have a torque wrench but it's 1/2" drive, as most are, and way too big and heavy for assembling bike stuff. The reason I like the one I mentioned is that it's 1/4" drive and much more manageable on smaller fasteners particularly allen bolts and screws. I did an Oz Google for Park Tools and got pretty much nothing of any use. This is the first 1/4 drive t/wrench I've been able to source. Unlikely to be available in Australia I think.
