Order what you want but consider you will have to return it if you guess wrong. BTW, your inseam length means nothing when choosing a stem. As I said in my first posting, you are asking us to do the impossible from the info you gave. You said your old bike "wasn't the best fit". Where was it lacking and use that information to determine the right replacements.
