Don't bother, it's most definitely an Atom. That's an original French made version. If it says 407, then it was sold by Var. Here's a picture if you're interested.

It fits Maillard freewheels called Atom or Normandy (old version) ], and also freewheels marketed by Schwinn under the Schwinn or Schwinn Approved, in the days when they were still sourcing out of Europe.
