Glad I gave you all a laugh!

Just had first ride with new carbon bar/stem/post & seat combo.
I gotta admit, I wasnt sure about the road shock quality of carbon... more bling...but WOW, the bike feels transformed! Feels very smooth compared to old setup.

Placebo effect to counter the hole in my wallet?
