It doesn't look like a 61 cm frame to me.

The Campy parts are Valentino shifters and fd. The best thing about them is that they say 'Campagnolo' on them, and the best use for them is to put them on a junk frame in an attempt to drive up the price.

From this I tend to conclude it is not a great frame.

Oh, and if you want an old bike... get an old bike. To qualify as 'old' I think it has to be pre-bike boom.
