If I am identifying it correctly, I have that exact same frame. I believe the brown sticker on the seat tube says "Carbolite 103". It's a decent enough bike, but the most desireable ones are the UO-10 models with Reynolds 853, IIRC. FWIW, I think it's overpriced considering the age and the components. You can do better.
