We've got a set of SKS Racer Blades that work OK. Not as good as full coverage, but better than nothing. I believe SKS has come out with a newer model that provides more coverage called the Racer Blade Long and also has some other more economical "clip-on" mud guards.

+1 with SKS Racerblade, but the XL (longer) model. A good choice when you don't have much tire/wheel/frame clearance to spare and when full fenders won't pass through a 1.5mm gap
