It is. But I meant he probably wanted more of a road bike I am assuming. These frames look cool but they are stiff aluminum track frames...they are meant for a nice paved track. The Leader I am sure is as good as any track frame. Not knocking the brand just assuming why the person is selling.

The way they market these bikes..they try to appeal to the masses when in fact a stiff aluminum track frame is not what you want outside of the velodrome.
