Bikes: Fuji Finest-le, Giant SPT2, Jamis Ventura Sport, Specialized Big Hit Comp, Cannondale F900, Leader 725

Step one: Get a wheel with a fixed gear cog
Step two: take off original wheel and derailleur
Step three: Put the friggin wheel on
Step four: put chain on
Assuming you have the right crankset you're done.

I agree with IthaDan here, couldn't you have just searched for five minutes. Just yesterday I searched for 45 minutes-2 hours for the right magic gear for my bike.
