While functional, they are not an entirely fetching fashion statement. 
There is a company that makes brand name S.C.R.U.B.S. –
"Simply Comfortable, Really Unique, Basic Scrubs."
I once came up with my own acronym:
"Surgical Clothing Reveals Unusual Bulges (or Unusual Body Shapes…or Sizes)."
