Best way to get to down to Sydney would be to have someone local pick it up then go up one weekend yourself, or get you local guy to plonk it on a McCafferys coach or similar (that tip came from berny I think)
Yep I thought long and hard but just couldn't justify it and really didn't want the same hassle/anxiety of having it shipped down from Brisbane like I had with the Orbea. Don't know bout putting a bike on a coach.

Ok for wheels and stuff, but a bike? maybe.
If they win their own auction, they still have to pay Ebay commissions so they wouldn't want to do that too many times.
Anyway, I'm currently looking to put some $$ into building a TT bike from a nice older frame, (yet to be identified) and some Dura Ace components and I think the way to go is 8sp cause the bits are cheaper and I recon 16 gears is plenty for TT's.
