I always find this stuff interesting.
Me:
67 years old 5'9" 190 lbs.
Last club ride (last Saturday) 50.5 mi. w/3800 ft. elevation at 14.8 mph and finished at the front (with 2 others) out of a group of 12 with the youngest being mid-40's and me the oldest by 10 yrs. FWIW no one was "racing."
