51. 6'1" 188 lbs (pretty fit weight for me) at this current point of the year.
No longer fast either but deceptively strong/powerful on very tough hills.
Ride twice a wk. Hard ride (for me) 35-50 miles Saturdays over hilly terrain, 14.0 - 15.2 avg; easy ride Sundays, 30-35 miles, 13.5 - 14.0 avg.
Half my rides solo; other half with 1 - 5 other former racers from the 1980s/1990s in the 50+ crew.
