60 (still kind of weird to say that), 5'10", ~204 lbs (14.5 stone for those in the mother country).
Hardly 204 lbs of rippling muscle but I started out 8 years ago at 225 lbs of fat, came down quickly to 195 lbs and then back up over 200 as my legs grew. That's where I'm stuck today, though I kind of bounce between 200-207.

I ride alone. 10-13 miles a day, 2 days a week and 20-35 miles, 1 day a week.
At least, that's the goal. Doesn't always work out that way.

I live in a town that's pretty lumpy north-to-south and surrounded by a 660' climb (over 2 miles) on three sides. The other side is water.

Generally, I keep a good pace but, uphill, I am sloooooow and that skews my avg speed quite a bit.
I have learned that my new Felt makes me 2 mph faster, on average. I used to do 11 mph now it's 13. That's pretty cool.

Oh, I forgot... my last charity ride was 2 weeks ago for PARCA. 23 lumpy miles.
PARCA is a local non-profit that promotes and sponsors non-institutionalized living for the developmentally disabled.
