62 years old, 5'9", 140 lbs. I've always been skinny, scrawny, emaciated, whatever you want to call it. Been riding since early 2012, averaging about 100 mi/week. Last Sunday did a 60 mile ride with 4000' of elevation gain in a bit less than 4 hours, stops included. That was a good ride for me.
