Bikes: I don't own any bikes

I'm 62, 5'8", female, and my weight is none of your business but I could stand to at least 50 lbs....maybe 100...

I regularly mountain bike and last hard ride I did was Saturday - 18.5 miles, 3200' of climbing. took 3.5 hrs. Slow, slow, slow but at least I can get this fat old body up the hills!

I don't record speed and time anymore when I road ride - I just get out and go. Generally adding in any stops (I never recorded just rolling time), total time usually runs around 12 mph. Obviously I can go much faster on flats (15 - 18mph) and downhills, but climbing hills, although I can do them, slows down my time. It's not usually for me to crawl up a hill at 3 - 4 mph.
