I'm noticing a few others shrinking in height. As am I, was once just a bit under 6'1", am now just shy of 6'. Drives me crazy when I have my yearly physical as 190 lbs is fine if you're 6'1, but when you're 5'11 and change, you're overweight. I'm the same guy, just a bit compressed as that concrete floor at work is really catching up to me.

For now, I'm just shy of 6', weigh 187 for now (will be up to 195 in winter). I ride alone and am slow. No bike computer but somewhere around 14-15 mph here in northern NY where the hills are prominent. Went for my century ride last week which I do yearly on, or close to, my birthday. This year I choose a flat route hugging Lake Champlain which made it so much easier. Did the 105 miles in 6.5-7 hrs of ride time. Was real happy with that. Years past I would do centuries that had me spent in Lake Placid or around, and then needing to get the 40 miles home. Flat is good!!
Oh, Just turned 60.
