Hello,

I just got a new vintage raleigh and it came with sew in tubulars. The vittoria tubulars I have on there are listed as 23-28". I think this means its a 700c? I wanted to know for certain what size of rims I could get but wasn't sure how to measure the inner width on the rim I have.

Any help would be greatly appreciated- thanks!
