Thanks, I was quite surprised I ended up with it to be honest. Today I just went ahead and installed the Campy NR FD/RD and Nervar Star crankset, and a set of GB bars and stem from the stash. I can always change parts later when I can afford to buy what I want for it. The GB stems I have are either super long, or Schwinn diameter. Funny thing is I tried putting the Pivo stem/Phillippe bar combo on it from the Grand Record, and even just rolling around on it, something was majorly wrong with the handling. It was too close, and seem to want to steer like it was top heavy. I put the crazy long GB stem and bars on it, and everything just fell into place. The front axle is hidden from view while on the hoods, and the reach is nearly perfect. So far, brakes are all I am lacking, and I am not sure what I want to use on it. I guess the Universals from the Trek 510? They have great feel and modulation.,,,,BD
