The Crankset that I have is: Shimano FCM311 28/38/48t w/Chainguard on an Raleigh CADENT FT2.

I would like to change this to an two sprocket and make the bike an 18 speed.

I would like to use SRAM X7 is possible.

Can anyone help me with the process ?
