At the end of the day, its a midgrade bike. $900 is stupid crazy price wise. In normal, lightly ridden condition, $350. Add a premium for NOS, but again, first time you ride it, guess who loses that premium.
I build bikes to ride, and consciously AVOID NOS. When I do come across NOS bits, I put them on fleecebay where people love to pick up NOS bits, and pay top $ for them. I figure a 25 year old bike does not need NOS bits (except consumables). The sale of one NOS part can often pay for 3 or 4 copies of the same piece, in used condition.
Now if I was filling up a display case, sure, I would want some NOS stuff.
