This is an old thread, I realize, but when I was googling "Novara Buzz reviews" I kept coming back here. Anyhoo, REI has their '13 model version of this bike on clearance for half off, so I went ahead and grabbed one:



I don't have any saddle time yet, but so far it looks like a pretty sensibly designed (if not sensibly colored) frame. I put some details and pics here.
