If this is a dumb question, I apologize.

On the REI website, it shows the buzz one with what look like mid-fork braze-ons on the inside of the fork, facing the wheel. Why on the inside and not the outside?

This is an old thread, I realize, but when I was googling "Novara Buzz reviews" I kept coming back here. Anyhoo, REI has their '13 model version of this bike on clearance for half off, so I went ahead and grabbed one:



I don't have any saddle time yet, but so far it looks like a pretty sensibly designed (if not sensibly colored) frame. I put some details and pics here.
