When we lived in Teaneck, the summer heat and humidity bothered me something terrible. Now that we have been in SW FL. since '86 I still hate the heat and humidity but have come to terms with it and exercise in them to my advantage. Knowing the body's reaction to the elevations and adjusting effort accordingly yields extremely positive results when things cool off-for real, come around Nov.
