unless you have a big box of bike components laying around, your build will cost you only what you're willing to spend.

If you wanna go really cheap, you can. if you want to build a high performance lightweight racer thats possible too (maybe not w/that frameset).

establish a baseline budget.

add $200.

start getting your parts together.

dont forget things like, a helmet, tools/seatbag, pump, tail light, water bottles/cages, gloves, shorts/bibs, high quality lock...
