Kick ass ride, y'all. Pretty much kicked my ass, so wussed on MTB this morning - 0630 felt way too early to be getting outta bed.
Feeling pretty good now, so gonna roll 10 miles to flush the legs out as soon as I get barcons installed.
Yeah, I was wondering if you were gonna make it to the MTB thing. Woke up today feeling pretty good and rode out to kelleys point then downtown and around with friends. Pushed hard heading home and I could definitely feel some tightness in the legs though when climbing.
