Gorgeous bike! I love the monoplanars and seatpost. Resell or hold out for an eventual ragamuffin?
I agree - the seatpost and brakes are my favorite part of the group and might stay with me...

I really do not know what my plans are for the bike. It doesn't fit me and the Mrs. has already said she doesn't want it, so it will pass on to somebody else in some way, shape or form. I am not sure I am up for the challenge, but I think the frameset would probaly do well on ebay with international shipping (think: Japan). I belive this frame is a little too recent to be considered a real collectible, so I am not sure what the value might be. I will likely post a thread in the appraisals section to continue that discussion.

My thoughts exactly! The saddle is even a Terry brand... The gentleman I bought it from had purchased it from a friend at some point with the intention of giving it to his stepson. He spent a bunch of money this summer getting it tuned up, new tires, bar tape, cables, etc. only for his stepson to decide he wanted a touring bike instead (he sounded less than thrilled telling me this).

The hubs are Chorus, not record. These generation shifters are very good (with the right rear dérailleur).
Thanks for the info. I thought the metal clip over the oil port meant that the hubs were Record, but I will be honest I haven't ever focused too much attention on this era of Campy.
